About This Package
This four-day fishing package takes you into the heart of Kuusamo’s pristine nature and diverse fishing waters. The journey begins with a gentle introduction to the surrounding wilderness on a guided trip to Myllykoski, where you can enjoy the peaceful riverside scenery, local stories and a traditional campfire moment. The first day ends with an authentic smoke sauna experience and dinner at Pyhäpiilo.
The following day is dedicated to fly fishing on the flowing rivers of Kuusamo. Your professional guide will select the best fishing locations according to the conditions of the day and introduce you to the region’s wild trout, river ecosystems and the art of reading the water. A wilderness lunch and traditional campfire coffee complete the experience.
On the third day, the adventure continues on Lake Kuusamo or Lake Muojärvi. With two professional skippers and guides, the group will head out for a full day of fishing, with boats and fishing equipment ready at the shore. After the day on the water, relax in an authentic wood-heated lakeside sauna and enjoy a Fisherman’s Feast. Depending on the day’s catch, your own fish may even become part of the dinner.
